What is deleted?

Choose individual messages or whole conversations to remove from your connected X account. Other participants may keep their copies. Review your selection carefully before confirming.

Rate limits and partial results

X may temporarily limit requests. Version 11.0 charges only for confirmed deletions and keeps other items selected. Follow the waiting time shown in the app. If a result is uncertain, refresh and check the conversation before continuing. If asked to sign in again, reconnect the same account.

Leaving the app

Keep the app open while deleting. New batches pause when you leave the app. Return to review the result and continue your remaining selection when you are ready.

Missing conversations or messages

The app can show only the content X makes available to your account. Check the connected account, clear filters, and refresh. Access to every historical message is not guaranteed.

Purchases and coins

Deleting one message costs 1 coin; deleting one conversation costs 50 coins. Optional packs contain 100, 500, or 2,500 coins and are purchased through Apple. If a purchase has not appeared, reopen the app with the same account and contact support before purchasing again. For Apple billing or refund requests, visit Apple purchase support.

Contact support

Open an account in the app, then choose Settings → Message Us. You can also contact @tweet_cleaner on X. Include your app version and a brief description of the issue. Never send passwords, session information, or private conversation content.
